As a result, our products are distributed by a numerous amount of retailers in Southern Africa and are also supplied as approved accessories by many motor manufacturers. Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-up
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to potential and existing customers
- Ensure customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management
- Attend trade shows and events to promote the company’s products and services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by management
- Stay up to date with industry developments and competitor activities
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market trends
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer loyalty
- Collaborate with other internal sales agent to align sales strategy.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Proven sales ability and a history of meeting or exceeding targets
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Basic Maths Skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Age between 18-25 is preferred
